Pet Policy
Kirkwood Place is a pet-friendly apartment community. Not only are cats and dogs welcome, but they are considered family!
Max 2 pets allowed. Fee $300 (1st pet); $150 (2nd pet).
Monthly pet rent: $20.
Maximum weight limit: 80 lbs.
Restricted breeds are NOT allowed. Breed restrictions are as follows: Rottweiler, American Staffordshire Terrier, Pit Bull, German Shepherd, Doberman Pinscher, Min-Pins, Akita, Chow, Wolf Hybrids, Dogo Argentine, Presa Canario, Cane Corso, Tosa Inu, or other pets deemed dangerous by management are not permitted.
